Professional Development…the expectation!

When we’re faced with the dreadful ‘what are your Professional Development goals’ question we’re often led to believe there was an EXPECTATION gone unfulfilled. Theoretically the 1-3-5 year plan detailing your scope of success rarely, if ever, mimic the outline you worked so diligently on. If only the outline manifested in real time we would all be living the dream! I often ask clients to delve into the deeper question of what Professional Development looks like for them. When creating Crowned By Kings my team and I were in the developmental phase and wanted our clients to be confident in benefiting from our services. In doing this, we created SURVEYS & FOCUS GROUPS to address those challenges they were having in simply creating the outline. Metrics were calibrated and transferred into action items. Much of the feedback is indicative of how we came up with the formula for developmental SUCCESS known as our Triple A strategy. At CBK we know for sure the EXPECTATION looks different to everyone but the goal is ALWAYS the same ACHIEVEMENT!
